Loy Yang Power provides opportunities for undergraduates in their penultimate year of study, to complete a three-month period of vacation employment for the purpose of gaining industrial experience.
Students may be selected from applications received by the business, or alternatively, Loy Yang Power may approach tertiary institutions to elicit applications from specific fields of study.
Vacation employment is conducted in the summer (December to February) period, with limited opportunities from year to year.
Any student in their penultimate year of study may apply to Loy Yang Power for consideration for vacation employment.
